Delivery Information

Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer, when the goods are delivered to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address etc.) any extra cost incurred by Dr Johns Pharmacy for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order.

If recipient is not available at the given address on delivery, the goods would be left with the neighbor alongwith an attached note. If neighbors refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our office. At this point the order is fully chargeable. For this items delivered by the courier/speed post/registered post, their respective policies apply. Dr Johns Pharmacy reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.

Dr Johns Pharmacy shall try its best for prompt delivery; however delayed / early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer for any damages or compensation and Dr Johns Pharmacy reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation.

· Expedited Shipping(India): Delivery within 2-4 business days approx. Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee based on the weight and destination of your order.

· International Shipping: N.A.

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain amount. This threshold varies based on promotional periods and will be clearly indicated on our website and during the checkout process.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, etc.), it will be returned to us. We will notify you and provide options for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment of undeliverable packages.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement shipment or refund as necessary. To expedite the resolution process, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and items, as well as any relevant tracking information.
