Ruta Graveolens 4ch, Aranea Diadema 12ch, Calcarea Phosphorica 12ch, Arnica Montana 6ch.

INDICATIONS:

Plantar fasciitis: pain in heel. May be accompanied by inflammation and stiffness. Difficulty in walking/standing. Sharp pain on putting any pressure on heel.

DOSAGE:

Adults: 10-15 drops in some water, 3 times a day, one hour before meals
Children: Half the adult dose or as directed by the physician.
